Hi, My name is Katie. I am from Springfield, Ohio. I am a student at Clark State Community College. It is very nice to meet all of you! I have never done anything like this before, so I am excited to correspond in both English and Spanish. I would like to first help you with your grammar and spelling, then I will tell you something about myself and family in Spanish. As far as grammar is concerned: "We are studying an English Degree and we are pleased to introduce you TO our lovely city: León" The other issue I saw was different should not be plural, but singular. Just "different."
Hola, Me llamo Katie. Disfruto leer los libros de fantasía, escribir a mi diario, y jugar los videojuegos. Hay cuatro personas en mi familia. Mi madre se llama Marlene. Mi padre se llama Randy. Mi hermana se llama Sarah. Mi hermana es un estudiante en una universidad en Unity, Maine. Ella es gordita e inteligente. Mi madre es balta y simpática. Mi padre es moreno y de estatura mediana.
Hi! My name is Ellen and I go to the University of New Hampshire. New Hampshire is in the northeast U.S., near Boston...it is very cold here in the winter!! I studied in Granada last winter and spring and I miss the beautiful Spanish sunshine. I have never been to Leon, but I traveled a lot in Spain...I think my favorite city I visited was Barcelona, because I love the sea and all the beautiful architecture. I'm looking forward to reading more about Leon-thanks for your blog!
I really enjoyed your blog! Your provided a fun and informative point of view on the city of Leon. I would love to visit after reading your blog.
You all write very well in English. Although there were a few small errors, I could clearly understand everything that you wrote.
I would must like to to "tapear." A lot of my friends who studied abroad in Spain last year enjoyed going out from drinks and tapas. We do not have the same tradition in the United States.
Thank you so much for your blog. I learned a lot. Great work, Colleen from Holy Cross
